A modern-style bistro with a wine bar and small attractive outdoor space in the city centre, just behind the main square with fine views of the cathedral. The chef, who describes his cuisine as “market-fresh”, makes daily visits to the nearby Dolac market for his ingredients, which include seasonal vegetables and meat reared on local farms. The owner is passionate about wine, and includes several Croatian wines made from native grape varieties on the wine list, which also pays close attention to organic labels.
