Visionary and hospitality veteran Keem Hughley has created an imaginary world at Bronze, where a fictional character's travels across Africa serve as inspiration for this wildly creative spot. The stunning space features presents individualized settings by floor (Pre-Earth, Earth and the Crane Room), with chic styling courtesy of leopard-print booths and black brick walls. This Black owned, Black run spot has assembled an A-list team, including acclaimed chef Toya Henry, who impresses with dishes like charred yuzu squid skewers slicked with herb "pesto" and a satsuma and currant glaze. Afro-Caribbean cooking as viewed through a fusion lens is displayed in dishes like grilled Japanese eggplant with a classic West African stew of tomato, onions, garlic and herbs over couscous.
