The Andrássy Kúria & Spa hotel sits within a 200-year-old manor house once used as a hunting lodge by the Andrássy family. Bobajka occupies its impressive vaulted cellar and extends out onto a terrace. Named after a traditional poppy seed bread pudding from the nearby Zemplén Mountains (available for dessert), the restaurant takes traditional regional dishes like lángos and brassói and gives them a refreshingly modern, colourful touch. Local Tokaj wines are also a draw, with many available by the glass.
