Now located at a new address along the iconic Avenida Rebouças, this restaurant has retained the same cuisine as before, namely traditional Brazilian dishes with an international influence, where the grill plays a leading role. This modern setting is bathed in natural light and features an industrial-inspired decor and glass-fronted kitchen. During the week, the “executive menu” and a lighter option are available, as well as the calorie-balanced Ravenna menu for those keen to maintain a healthy diet. On Saturdays, the service is à la carte. Once seated, guests are served a light focaccia as an appetiser, followed by a selection of dishes such as shrimp ceviche with Peruvian corn and red onion, the famous filet mignon stroganoff and, for dessert, a delicate chocolate mousse tart with chestnut flour.
