A small restaurant with a bistro-style ambience where the cuisine and decor are as meticulous as each other, the latter featuring a plethora of wood, impressive wine display cabinets and unusual details such as chairs hanging from the ceiling, a detail that is also found in its sister restaurants. The cooking here is authentic and delicious, and includes pasta cooked al dente in traditional Italian style and served straight from the pan to the table as if you were eating at home. Musts on the menu include the legendary Cipriani carpaccio, prepared with wafer-thin strips of filet mignon, served with a special house sauce and crunchy toast; and the pesto lasagne that is suitable for sharing. For dessert, the classic tiramisù, made with mascarpone, is balanced by the flavour of bitter chocolate.
