Located outside of the Pátio Higienópolis shopping mall, it features an attractive room with lots of natural light and an open-air terrace decorated with plants and Peruvian works of art. Here, the Lima-born chef Enrique Paredes, whose philosophy is “Cooking with freedom”, is at the helm of his second venture, where he combines Peruvian flavours and techniques with local ingredients to showcase the flavours of the Amazon, without losing sight of the region’s roots. On the menu you’ll find dishes such as langoustine carpaccio, the traditional Lima dish “causa limeña”, along with various types of ceviche, rice dishes and vegetarian and vegan options. One dessert that you won’t want to pass up is the “Suspiro Limeño” made with delicious Peruvian “dulce de leche”, a dehydrated quinoa and togarashi meringue, praline and chocolate sorbet – a true delight for the tastebuds!
