It’s run by three chefs – who help serve the dishes and love chatting with their guests – and the menu sticks with the traditional theme by offering classical flavour combinations, albeit updated with touches of creativity and a little refinement. The tasting menu is the best route to having a great all-round experience, and they hold cookery classes for those who like to get hands-on.
