The dishes served up by the young chef are a declaration of his love for Liguria (as is the wine list), featuring a remarkable selection of top-quality regional ingredients such as artichokes and asparagus from Albenga, beans from Pigna, pine nuts, prebugiun (a mixture of wild plants), Taggiasca olives and of course local fish and seafood.
