In the calm Nyboder district, known for its 17th Century yellow sailors' houses, you'll find this welcoming restaurant. It was once a butcher's shop, but today has a chic, intimate interior featuring herringbone parquet flooring, white tablecloths and candles. Precise, finely crafted elements run throughout the dishes, be it a delicate herring tartlet to kick things off or precisely cooked, top-quality venison. The kitchen is pleasingly flexible too, tailoring the tasting menu to suit a range of diets on request.
