Here, the chef offers tasting menus of various lengths featuring meat and fish specialities with the occasional international influence, as well as a 4-course option (the Gorenjska selection menu) with a stronger regional focus. On the latter, the array of local ingredients is showcased via a delicious hazelnut crème brûlée served with ice-cream made from cherries soaked in Terrano liqueur.
