Vernon Triangle. Sip a cool apple-rose tea while perusing the menu of Turkish cuisine infused with a modern bent. Kick things off with hot and cold meze, like their falafel with a yogurt sauce or haydari with an herb-flavored labneh. Then try one of their kebabs, perhaps the adana kebab seasoned with red pepper and herbs, accompanied with a bulgar pilav. Turkish coffee is the ideal accompaniment to their in-house made baklava or rice pudding Sutlac.
