In the western half of Södermalm, Chef-Owner Tomoko Hayashi is bolstering Stockholm’s Japanese dining scene by offering an omakase experience that doesn’t break the bank. While this is Japanese cooking that’s not entirely focussed on sushi, seafood nevertheless plays a central role in the menu. The produce comes from all over the world, be it Spanish sea bass, Argentinian prawns or Canadian black cod. Tomoko leads the smooth service herself with personality and professionalism.
