Ce Soir wins kudos not only for its impossibly romantic floral theme and everything botanical, but also because of its deftly crafted French fare with strong Asian notes. Every course of both the lunch set and dinner tasting menus is visually stunning: like a garden on a plate, even the flowers are edible. The seafood stands out in particular. Everything down to the bread and the mignardises are made from scratch in-house.
