A real oasis of elegance that is immediately evident the moment you step through the door. Occupying a former bread factory, Cantaloup features high ceilings and a spacious and stylish dining room complemented by a classic-style bar in the corner. Next to it is an attractive waiting area protected by a retractable roof that provides plenty of light, which combines pleasantly with a charming green space and a fountain that adds a hint of freshness to the overall feel. Chef Valdir Oliveira offers an attractive menu based around international recipes that he creates via strong technique and well-defined combinations. Starters include delicious options such as foie gras, burrata and carpaccio, followed by mains such as duck magret, veal shank and “bobó de lagostim” (a type of crayfish stew). The wine list, which includes a selection of wines from 13 different countries, is the most comprehensive in the city.
