This restaurant has become one of the most sophisticated outposts of Italian cuisine in the district of Itaim Bibi, in so doing winning over the most demanding of palates. Taking its inspiration from the cuisine of the stunning Piedmont region, it serves several versions of its star dish, tajarin pasta (with tomato, summer truffle, rabbit ragu etc), as well as other options such as beer and rosemary risotto and the enticing “cruda all'albese”, consisting of filet mignon sliced into small pieces, and served with truffle and a Grana Padano foam. Enjoy your dining experience at the counter, where you can watch dishes being prepared in front of you, or at one of the small number of tables in the dining room.
