This restaurant is housed in the Salone delle Colombe (the name comes from the fresco of doves on the ceiling) of a villa which dates back to the 16C, although its present appearance dates mainly from the 19C. Here, chef Alessio Longhini serves two tasting menus prepared partly using ingredients from the property’s own kitchen garden, which is surrounded by 18ha of grounds. Elaborate, creative and top-quality dishes served in an elegant setting.
