A true gourmet farmhouse, whose menu is, in fact, updated virtually week by week to the rhythm of nature. The fragrance of the raw materials, many self-produced, others local, everything is cooked with precision and without any complications and misleading technicalities, with the aim of full comfort for the customer and his palate. The barbecued dishes, such as sweetbreads but also the excellent Jerusalem artichoke, are truly special. Attention, finally, to their goat butter that is served with bread and focaccia: soft, persuasive, delicious, only one drawback... it can be ‘addictive’!
