This is the first venture run exclusively by Thomas Troisgros, who has created a totally unique concept unlike anything we are used to. At Toto, he creates dishes that reflect his food-inspired memories and combine French techniques, Asian influences and top-quality Brazilian ingredients. Don’t expect sophisticated and complex dishes; instead, the concept is much less complicated, with a focus on affordably priced comfort food. Standout features here are the industrial decor featuring neutral tones, the relaxed and informal ambience, and an open kitchen with a dining counter for guests. One particular dish you won’t want to miss is the popular and quite irresistible roasted rib gyoza with a ponzu sauce and watercress.
