Here, the Casano family look after guests, are responsible for the impressive wine list and, of course, prepare the cuisine that focuses on top-quality ingredients and Sicilian recipes. Specialities include couscous with fresh fish and vegetables, cuttlefish “alla fiamma” and courgettes marinated in mint, as well as typical desserts such as the “bacio pantesco”.
