Located just a few steps from the cathedral, with a completely revamped concept that comes as a pleasant surprise in a setting occupying the former home of the equally successful Ajo y Agua restaurant. The contemporary and elegant interior features an initial dining room with a large table for groups, and then a second dining space from where the kitchen is partially visible to guests. Here, chef David López conjures up cuisine that is high on presentation and showcases a strong creative flair that he describes as “experimentation", with an extensive à la carte and no fewer than three tasting menus (Tradición, Endocardio and Desfibrilador).
