East meets West in a harmonious fusion of flavours at this restaurant, which takes its name from the imposing gongs dotted around the modern, elegant dining room. The attentive and thoughtful staff are always on hand to explain the different dishes, which are influenced by Chinese traditions yet often have an innovative feel. Beautiful presentation and carefully chosen ingredients typify the contemporary international flavour of this type of cuisine, with an extensive and varied selection of dishes on the à la carte and various tasting menus. One of the latter is dedicated to Peking duck, the restaurant’s signature dish.
