This boldly named pizzeria comes from Italian-born Chef and co-owner Renato Viola. Located steps from Lincoln Road Mall, this South Beach original is hidden away on the ground floor of an office building. Work your way towards the back to find a small space fronted by a wall of glass and offering seating for 16.
There are choices to be had on this menu—from the thin-crust, 13-inch pizzas available plain or with toppings and the smaller 8-inch pies, to "Extraordinary" signatures like the Star Luca made distinct by its shape (the edges of the crust are folded to form a series of points). Topped with tomato, mozzarella and Calabrese salami, it reflects the chef's passion for pizza dough, made from imported Italian flour and slow-proofed for 72 hours.
