Although it’s almost hidden from the road, once you step out of your car and head down the steps into this restaurant, you’ll be greeted by one of the most breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast, which takes in Ravello, Amalfi and, on clear days, even Capri’s Faraglioni rocks. The three tasting menus on offer here feature technical, complex and experimental dishes with a focus on local and regional ingredients, often from the Amalfi Coast itself. The cuisine is overseen by the famous chef from Campania, Andrea Aprea, while the quality is guaranteed by resident chef Salvatore Pacifico. The service front of house is in the capable hands of Bonny, part of the fourth generation of the owner’s family. A la carte available at lunchtime.
