Description
Cilantro has stood the test of time as one of the city's favourite formal dining spots for decades. The Japanese chef's dexterous preparation of first-rate ingredients from his home country is underpinned by classic French techniques. At dinner, he serves a three- or four-course set menu with a choice of cold or warm appetisers, main and dessert. Alternatively, you can order à la carte. Try his famous capellini course or Japanese Wagyu.
