A staple of the Tsim Sha Tsui restaurant scene since 1970s, this place is famous for its authentic Cantonese and Shun Tak fare, namely its bestselling honey-glazed char siu pork, braised beef ribs and shredded chicken, alongside some original creations by the head chef, such as fried king prawns in mango sauce topped with caviar. The dim sum is also good. Watching the chefs work their magic through the large window is all part of the experience.
