After working and living in Asia for over a decade, chef Olivier Elzer founded this restaurant that aims to allow new ways of enjoying French cuisine. He minted an original concept known as “Yakifrenchy” – a menu that serves French classics like duck confit, frogs’ legs and escargots on skewers, like Japanese yakitori. Local family table culture is taken to another level with meat and fish cooked whole on the bone, perfect for sharing.
