At Alouette, experienced Chef-Owner Nick Curtin works closely with local farmers to ensure quality ingredients are used at their peak, in dishes that are pared-back, well-balanced and sublimely flavoured. The sauces are a highlight, showcasing beautiful depth of flavour and complete harmony with the central components. The open fire is used to great effect and the impeccable service team make sure the entire experience is as enjoyable as possible.
This restaurant will open in its new location at the end of June.
