This chic little fine dining restaurant on the first floor of the tasteful Lammershof hotel serves modern cuisine that is ambitious and extremely technically precise. It takes the form of a set menu comprising a variable number of courses – a vegetarian version is also available if you order in advance. Select ingredients, including meat from bison reared on site. A few tables offer a view into the kitchen. Tip: Bison Bar in the rustic-style cellar.
