Our house guests have the privilege of using their "own" parking space in our in-house underground car park free of charge. You, your accessories such as bicycles etc. and your vehicle are protected from all weather conditions (sun, rain, snow). Our house also has its own heated ski room, the access to which is directly behind the underground car park door, so that you can easily load or unload your vehicle for your ski tour or immediately go to the cross-country ski trail with your cross-country skis. The nearest cross-country ski trail entrance is just a few minutes from the house. For the children, the nearest toboggan run is also just a few minutes from the house. In our ski room / hiking room there are shelves for storing helmets, ski boots / hiking boots and climbing equipment as well as coat hangers for hanging up ski suits, hiking clothes etc. so that you do not have to store them in your holiday apartment. Perfect conditions for a relaxed holiday. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner landlord of the Reit im Winkl swimming card.
