The house is a modern town house set over three floors. Built on the site of a former boat yard in 2003 it has views over the creek, the beautiful town scape of Faversham, the bustle of Standard Quay and also across the marshes. The house is set in a private gated estate and we have two private parking bays attached to the house. It is both very private and quiet but less than 10 minutes walk into Faversham. Only a few metres from the Saxon Shore way. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, business people and visitors. Easy walking distance to town for restaurants, wedding venues, Brewery tours and the traditional markets. Both rooms are on the second floor up two flights of stairs. Rooms

A self serve continental breakfast is available in the dining room on the first floor. Available between 7 am and 9 30 am. A delicious choice of cereals, toast, preserves, fruit juice, Greek yogurt and fruit. Fresh coffee, tea an herbal teas available.
